David volunteers for DiaNova and is responsible for the executive oversight and administration of DiaNova. David has three grown children and lives with his partner and spouse in San Francisco. He enjoys coaching and officiating Mountain View AYSO soccer teams.
Judy LitteerSecretary of DiaNova Foundation
As the DiaNova Foundation Secretary, Judy is responsible for historical documentarian for the Foundation. Judy volunteers for the Kiwanis International Club in San Carlos, has two children, and is a Realtor at Better Homes and Gardens. She enjoys spending quality time with her grandchildren.
James SeayVice President of DiaNova Foundation
James volunteers for DiaNova in planning and strategy. James has 15 years of experience training and facilitating strategic planning, innovation, and incubation for a Fortune 500 company in the Silicon Valley. James lives in San Francisco and, when not volunteering, enjoys hiking, biking and playing guitar.
Dr. Kurt PetersonTreasurer & Director of Finance, DiaNova Foundation
A member of the Band of Angels in Silicon Valley, Dr. Peterson has co-founded six successful publically-traded companies and Red Herring ranked him as a Top Ten Innovator. Dr. Peterson is passionate about volunteering for DiaNova and acts as the Foundation’s Treasurer providing financial oversight. He lives in Milpitas with his wife. They enjoy international excursions. Kurt has two children and enjoys spending quality time with his four grandchildren.
Angeli R. FitchBoard Member
Angeli R. Fitch is a criminal defense attorney in private practice living in the San Francisco Bay Area. She has extensive experience in representing clients charged with sex offenses in criminal court. She has also consulted on numerous sexual harassment cases conducted in civil court. In addition to her private practice, Angeli was the co-founder of the Three Strikes Justice Center (TSJC), a non-profit organization formed in 2012 after the passing of the Three Strikes Reform Act, Proposition 36 in California. TSJC helped relieve the caseloads of public defenders across the state and because of Angeli’s passion and dedication, TSJC was able to successfully petition for the release of two inmates serving life sentences for non-violent crimes. Angeli has a Bachelor’s degree in Pre-Legal Studies (Golden Gate University, CA), a Master’s degree in International and Multicultural Education (University of San Francisco, CA) and a Juris Doctorate Law Degree (Golden Gate University School of Law, CA).
