David volunteers for DiaNova and is responsible for the executive oversight and administration of DiaNova. David has three grown children and lives with his partner and spouse in San Francisco. He enjoys coaching and officiating Mountain View AYSO soccer teams.
Judy LitteerSecretary of DiaNova Foundation
As the DiaNova Foundation Secretary, Judy is responsible for historical documentarian for the Foundation. Judy volunteers for the Kiwanis International Club in San Carlos, has two children, and is a Realtor at Better Homes and Gardens. She enjoys spending quality time with her grandchildren.
James SeayVice President of DiaNova Foundation
James volunteers for DiaNova in planning and strategy. James has 15 years of experience training and facilitating strategic planning, innovation, and incubation for a Fortune 500 company in the Silicon Valley. James lives in San Francisco and, when not volunteering, enjoys hiking, biking and playing guitar.
Dr. Kurt PetersonTreasurer & Director of Finance, DiaNova Foundation
A member of the Band of Angels in Silicon Valley, Dr. Peterson has co-founded six successful publically-traded companies and Red Herring ranked him as a Top Ten Innovator. Dr. Peterson is passionate about volunteering for DiaNova and acts as the Foundation’s Treasurer providing financial oversight. He lives in Milpitas with his wife. They enjoy international excursions. Kurt has two children and enjoys spending quality time with his four grandchildren.

Richard Quinn serves as a member of the DiaNova Foundation Board. Richard Quinn is the marketing and branding consultant, filmmaker, writer and artist who is the author of the upcoming book, Pay Me – Ending Abundance Abuse for the Awake. Richard’s clients include Time Inc., Christian Dior, AT&T, GM, IBM, The New York Times, Calvin Klein, Johnson & Johnson, Smith Barney, Prudential, Pfizer, CBS, NBC, American Savings, Lipton.
Richard makes films with many thought leaders in the human potential field and is a sought after online class producer; designing, filming and providing marketing guidance and assets for the new platforms that are arising in the online educational areas. Richard moved to the west coast from New York City and his office and studio are currently in the San Fransisco Bay Area.
